RED WINES
Pinot Noir
Served with grilled salmon, roast beef, or any dish that features mushrooms as the main flavor element, roasted and braised preparations of lamb, pheasant, and duck, as well as grilled meaty fish, such as salmon, shark, and swordfish.

Italy Sangiovese
Sangiovese is best known as being the fruity, fresh wine that is at the core of all traditional Italian Chianti wines. Chianti is the wine traditionally served in a basket-bottle, served with lasagna and pasta with red sauce. For the longest time you could not get a straight sangiovese wine, but in modern times you can find it occasionally. Well-matched for the flavors of chicken, red meat, fish, lamb, pork, pastas, stews or well-aged cheeses.
Notturno
Notturno is a good red wine produced only with Sangiovese grapes. It smells of morels and dried flowers. The taste is fresh with exuberant tannin. He has a full bodied and good flavour. Thanks to its pleasant and balanced complexity this wine is ideal for all the lunch.
Italy Ripasso della Valpolicella
Made by combining newly fermented wine with the pulp and skins of Amarone after it has fermented. Deep garnet color; nose of black cherries, kirsch and licorice. Medium-bodied; with gobs of fruit (cherries and ripe plums); smooth tannins; good acidity and balance; and a light sweetness in the finish.
WHITE WINES
Pinot Grigio
Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio are actually the same white grape, with two different names. In Italy and California this wine is known as pinot grigio, while in Oregon and France it's known as pinot gris. Other countries use the terms interchangeably. The pinot grigio grape is in essence a white mutation of the pinot noir grape, which is red. Foods that boast a bit more acidity tend to bring out the best in a Pinot Gris. Consider entrees with tomato sauce, roasted or sauteed poultry or pork and even dishes with nuts.
Terlano
Light straw in color with pleasant aromas of ripe melon and freshly picked MacIntosh apples. Crisp and light on the palate with lovely pineapple, Bartlett pear and apple flavors that harmoniously intermingle with orange zest and almond notes. The finish lingers with spicy tropical fruit.
Italy Reisling/Sauvignon
Riesling is a white grape with many names - Weisser Riesling, Rheinriesling, Riesling Renano, and Johannisberg Riesling. Riesling is usually made to be a sweet wine, although it can also create a dry wine as well. In a way, sweet riesling is the 'precusor' to White Zinfandel - Riesling is the wine that "sweet tooth" drinkers sought out before White Zinfandel became available. Riesling goes very well with oriental dishes. It also goes well with seafood of all types, and is one of the few wines that go well with chocolate. It is also great on its own, as a dessert wine.
Italy Soave Classico Superiore
An Italian white wine. Soave is one of the top selling wines in Italy, along with Asti Spumanti, Amarone and Chianti. Soave is created in the Venice area from the Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes. Soave is best as a before-dinner drink - with hors d'oeuvres or soups. It can also go with light dishes, like simple vegetables, rice, pasta, and the like. It's best served around 48°F.
Inama “Du Lot” Italy
The name of this vineyard is taken from the rootstock on which the plants have been grafted: Rupestris du Lot established just after phyloxera. Intense yellow color. On the nose there is vanilla with hints of oak. Honey from sweet field flowers such as camomile, elder flower, Iris. Large and round on the palate with a finish of sweet almond.
